CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS COURSE

The Fundamentals course is a mandated pre-requisite before attending the CrossFit classes. The course will introduce members to the CrossFit methodology via safe, comprehensive and progressive sessions to learn the CrossFit movements, exercises, equipment and scaling options in order to prepare you for the CF TXXIII classes. This will also allow for our highly experienced coaches to assess individual’s aptitude, competency, and potential restrictions in movement patterns.
