Danny has been a keen and active sportsman from a young age, successfully competing in various sports such as Basketball, Football and Skiing. By constantly exploring varied and new ways of training and exercising he discovered CrossFit in 2012, whilst commencing his career as a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army. From this point, he continued to implement the CrossFit methodology into his own and his clients training, making him a well experienced CrossFit trainer.
Since leaving the military he has worked with many different people with various fitness abilities helping them accomplish their health and fitness goals.Qualifications:
