Jamie Thomas - General Manager

Jamie is an ex Staff Sergeant Instructor in the British Army Physical Training Corps with vast experience in the fitness industry, ranging from coaching professional athletes to first time trainees.

Jamie has been involved in strength & conditioning from a young age with a main sporting background in boxing, where he previously competed, and specialized in the training and conditioning of fighters before discovering CrossFit in 2011. Jamie has been a coach and personal trainer since 2001 and moved to Doha in 2014, he is also the Chief Fitness Columnist for Qatar’s XTORK magazine.

Daniel Martins - Head Coach

As a former U.S. Army Policeman and Master Fitness Trainer, Coach Dan has a large background in functional based training. Dan has been in the CrossFit field since 2009 and has spent that time to perfect his craft. He's qualified in CrossFit L-1, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, British Weightlifting L-1 and studied directly under a U.S.A. National weightlifter. All that paired with his dedication and focus, coach Dan can help anyone achieve their fitness goals.

Eitch – Personal Trainer

Coach Eitch has been heavily involved in sports and fitness from a young age competing in Soccer, Rugby and predominantly in Cricket where he represented England at youth level. He found CrossFit in 2012 and has never looked back.

After working in various CF Boxes in the UK, Eitch moved to Qatar in 2015 to continue his passion for coaching. He is also available for 1-1 personal training and consultations.

Danny Storey – Personal Trainer

Danny has been a keen and active sportsman from a young age, successfully competing in various sports such as Basketball, Football and Skiing. By constantly exploring varied and new ways of training and exercising he discovered CrossFit in 2012, whilst commencing his career as a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army. From this point, he continued to implement the CrossFit methodology into his own and his clients training, making him a well experienced CrossFit trainer.

Since leaving the military he has worked with many different people with various fitness abilities helping them accomplish their health and fitness goals.
