  • BACKGROUND

    Lisa’s active journey began at a young age when she joined the handball team. Later, she expanded her routine to include fitness and HIIT classes. After moving to Doha, she found inspiration in CrossFit, quickly making it a daily habit by joining multiple gyms. Lisa can’t imagine a day without a workout. She’s always exploring various sports, currently focusing on CrossFit, Reload classes, spinning, running, and Pilates. Lisa is passionate about motivating others to embrace an active lifestyle, with the community being one of the most important aspects of her fitness journey.

    Lisa has a passion for diving and exploring the underwater world. She travels extensively to experience different cultures, spend time in nature, and visit gyms wherever she goes. A strong advocate for clean eating, Lisa believes it’s essential for staying happy, active, and healthy.
