  • BACKGROUND

    Movement has always been integral to Nadine's life. As a child, she was active in the school swim team, cross-country club, and played volleyball and basketball, all of which laid the groundwork for her fitness journey. In 2016, Nadine discovered a newfound passion for functional training and Metcon classes. These workouts challenged her to push her strength and body movements in ways she had never experienced before. What began as a routine soon evolved into a vital aspect of her wellness, providing her with opportunities to connect with others and continuously learn from them.

    Outside of the gym, Nadine enjoys traveling, exploring different cuisines, reading, and gardening. These hobbies keep her curious and balanced, offering both inspiration and relaxation.
