Richie has been involved in fitness since his childhood, he started off playing Football then got involved in Track & Field (100m/200m & Long Jump) then onto Cricket, Basketball, Badminton, Cross Country and Powerlifting. His coaching career started off in the British Army, from training new Army recruits to preparing Soldiers to go on tour & working with Soldiers recovering from injury.
Richie has been Coaching for 7 years, he is extremely passionate and looks forward to tackling new challenges and helping athletes improve their skills and fitness levels.Qualifications:
