Katie is a Level 2 CrossFit coach with 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, delivering sports guidance and coaching.
She started off with a passion for Muay Thai and then bodybuilding.
Katie went onto compete in IFBB figure in Australia.
Since moving to Doha 2018 Katie found her passion for CrossFit, starting as an athlete and moving swiftly into coaching.
Katie is a Level 2 CrossFit coach, studying to complete Level 3 CrossFit. She is very passionate about weightlifting program and class development at T23.Qualifications:
