Sergey is a Level 2 CrossFit coach. He has been involved in sports since he was a kid with swimming. That was the beginning of his career as an athlete and as a coach
His passion about CrossFit led him to meet many people and discover his ability to help athletes to take control of their health and learn how to improve each day.
In T23 Sergey is dedicated to programming competitions prep for athletes as well as injury recoveries programs.Qualifications:
