Hana was involved in a variety of sports growing up including swimming, gymnastics and ballet. She developed a dedicated CrossFit practice over the years and she also started practicing yoga to complement her CrossFit training and to help her mobility, stability and muscle recovery.
After discovering her passion for yoga ever since her first class, Hana decided to become a certified yoga instructor. She is enthusiastic about working with athletes to help them improve the level of their performance and to reach their desired fitness goals.Qualifications:
